Unable To Search And Edit Interval Bill Factors Values

On : CCB 22.214.171.124.0 version, BF - Bill Factor
Unable to search and Edit Interval bill factors values
We are not able to add negative value to interval bill factor , we have a display profile active in system.
We have applied <Patch 22560004> for Oracle Customer Care & Billing V 126.96.36.199.
But user still facing the same issue , not able to save the negative values in price list in bill factor.
Also the search button is not working for the start date and time search. User facing issue in searching bill factor interval values when user provides start date search criteria.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Bill Factor
2. Searching for bill factor in interval bill factor type.
3. Go to Interval Value set
4. While saving the negative interval value price, it is throwing error. "Are you sure you want to
leave this page?".
