Using 'View browser map' button does not work from Internals layer in viewer.
When showing internals of Substation / Zone Substation (or anything with internals) in viewer then selecting 'View browser map', it displays the starting point of GIS datum.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Bring up a viewer.
2. Load a geographic (feeder map) and select a device.
3 Select the "View geographic area" button and note that a browser is brought up, loads Google maps (or Bing maps) and centers on the geographic location of the device.
4. Load a substation schematic map.
5. Select the "View geographic area" button and note that a browser is brought up, loads Google maps (or Bing maps) and centers on a location that is definitely not the location of the sub.
Some suggestions for button behavior:
1. 'View browser map' feature be 'grayed-out' when user is viewing internals.
