Symptoms

After upgrading to AutoVue 21.0.1 for Agile PLM 9.3.5 users are no longer able to view some files in AutoVue Applet with error "Unsupported Format".
To resolve this issue the administrator tried to run the MetaFilesRemover Utility but he is getting the following error upon executing it:

com.sun.xml.internal.ws.fault.ServerSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server: Invalid column type: getInt not implemented for class oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CDateAccessor Please see the server log to find more detail regarding exact cause of the failure.
