Error: “403 (Forbidden)” When Accessing the Browser Developer Tool in the Browser Using Team Member (Doc ID 2270485.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access Preference or Application Settings page on Team Member web, the following error is displayed in the browser Developer Tools Console for Chrome:

ERROR

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
/p6tmweb/rest/teammember/usersettings

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in Team Member on browser, and open the Developer Tool (F12 for IE, Ctrl+Shift+I for Chrome).
2. Browse to Preferences tab page, then above error message is displayed in the Developer Tool Console.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot determine if this is causing any negative impact to the Team Member functionality.

Note: The application functionality works as normal.
