MWM - Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management
PIP/PIP-FW - Oracle Process Integration Pack for Oracle Utilities Field Work

A FA is created in CC&B and the FA creation date/time is correct in MWM.  However, the Effective Time Window is off by 4 hours for every FA that is created. 

Additionally, completion times and requested appointment slots in CC&B from MWM, are shown as off by -1 hour.
