RPAS Fusion Client: Outline Views Not Holding When Formatting Applied

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After patchinstall, a user's saved style format is gone.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build a workbook with a template.
2. Change some format (for example, change block view to outline view or change text color), apply it, then Save Format as template.
3. Patch the domain, log in and build a new workbook using the same template. The view is still block view (not outline view).
