Report Output Generating Wrong Date Using pin_inv_doc_gen Function (Doc ID 2271720.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5.0, when generating invoices using pin_inv_doc_gen, the dates in the report are not the correct/expected values.

After adding the below date format in the Rich Text Format (RTF) template and running the docgen utility to generate a PDF:

Displays the correct format (MM/DD/YYYY) but generates a date 1 day earlier than expected.

For example, the first format results in "22-05-2016" whereas the second format shows "21-05-2017".
