Symptoms
When attempting to select another patient from the Home tab after using "Add Other Page" or "Add Visit Page" for another patient the following error occurs.
No active, valid casebook is defined for this study. Please contact your help desk.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select patient which has not been assigned a Book
2. Click Action->Multi
3. Click Add Other Page
4. Enter data for the added unplanned page
5. Click Home
6. Select another patient without Book
7. Click Action->Multi
