ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Update Service Point in MDM creates new Asset Location in ODM
Whenever the Service Point is updated in MDM, the Ongoing Sync Request in ODM creates a new Asset Location with the same external Service Point ID. As a result, we have multiple Asset Locations Active in ODM, with the same MDM Service Point ID.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

should only one Service Point External ID per Asset Location
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
steps from WebEx:
1. MDM
Device Installation > Service Point > add a new service point (with no county)
Save the Serive Point ID: $SP_ID
2. ODM
add new Asset
where badge number and Serical number are the $SP_ID in step1
a Asset ID got created = $ASSET_ID
click Store > status = In Store
3. MDM
search the Asset ID $ASSET_ID from step2
install event
4. ODM
asset location serach the Serive Point ID $SP_ID
one record show
5. MDM
modified address to add County
6. ODM
check same Service point ID $SP_ID
two records
Output Multiple Asset Locations created with the same external service point ID in ODM
