Unable To Add Ebal Expressions In The PDC UI (Doc ID 2271908.1)

Symptoms

On :  11.1.0.8.6 version, User Interface

Trying to add the expression in Discounts at trigger and Discount level but unable to do the same from the PDC UI . Migration was able to add  the below type of expressions.
 

  

2. Create discount offer with discount trigger Balance[EBAL(10000074)] + Balance[EBAL(10000074)]
