Symptoms

Using Oracle Demantra Demand Management / Local Application
On 12.2.6.1 + SP=12260251 (4857) in Test:
When attempting to install the Local Application to a non-standard location,
the Local Application launch fails with
"The System Cannot find the batch label specified - exit."

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the Local Application launch to succeed.

-- Steps To Reproduce:

Customer states the issue can be reproduced at will at customer site with the following steps:
1. Install the Local Application to a Non-Default directory like

C:\Softwares\demantra_new\Oracle Demantra Local Application
or
C:\Softwares\demantra\Oracle Demantra Local Application
or
C:\Softwares\demantra

2. Attempt to launch the Local Application

3. Observe the following error in command prompt and application closing immediately.

Current Java version Supported .
The System Cannot find the batch label specified - exit.
