In Work Agenda, Loading Completed Events by Date Range Can Cause the System to Hang If a Large Date Range Selected

When an operator attempts to load a large number of completed events in Work Agenda, it can cause the system to lock up.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start up web workspace
2. Subscribe to all control zones
3. In Work Agenda, select the "Load Completed Events-Range..." option.
4. Choose a 60 day period that encompasses a large number of completed events (10000+).
5. Press OK.
6. The system will lock up as it attempts to transfer a large amount of data from the database to the services.
