Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
For Oracle Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning (BSP) 8.0.2, when running a Complete Calculate with new business at the top bank node level, you sporadically get the following cash flow engine failure in BSPCalculation_UnpricedAcc_udf.log from $EPM_ORACLE_HOME/logs/bsplog:
# A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:
# SIGSEGV (0xb) at pc=0x00007f1976f9a9ba, pid=26548, tid=139747235600160
# JRE version: 6.0_35-b52
# Java VM: Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (20.10-b01 mixed mode linux-amd64 compressed oops)
# C [libppay.so+0x89ba] PP_DATA::GetPPRate(PP_ARGS const*, double*, long, short, short, HOLIDAYCODE*)+0xaa
The BSP process includes a Prepayment scenario. If you remove the Prepayment, the error is resolved but you expect the Calculate to run successfully with the Prepayment.
