Sales/Issues By Location Search Screen Always Returns Error When Dates are Selected

Sales/Issues by Location search screen always return below error when dates are selected.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to RMS.
2. Select Inventory> item Sales/Issues by location.
3. select item, location and dates range later than the last End of week (EOW).
4. Notice the error message upon clicking the search button.
