When installing Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Managment (BRM) 7.5.0 patchset 15, the follow error occurs during the execution of update_bill_closed_t.source:

<Note 2161375.1> suggested to change partition_data variable to be larger (e.g 20,000), since the variable's current size is too short for some customer metadata.  After the change, the same error could still occur and it was determined that the the bill_t metadata was even larger (around 600,000 characters).  Since partition_data variable only accept 32,767 characters, it is not possible to run this script given the table metadata size.
