Why Completed Supp Canceled Orders with Assigned TN or Circuits show them as New ? (Doc ID 2272557.1)

QUESTION

Why Orders that were Cancelled and Completed show Telephone Numbers or Circuits as (New) ?

Users are noticing that when they cancel a new connect order where there is a TN, the assigned_tel_num

ASAP.assigned_tel_num table does not show the activity on the TN as cancel.

It still shows as New.

Is it supposed to be this way?

The reason behind the question is because this seems to make the next order on the subsequent suffix of the same TN reject.
