Symptoms

‘Item Ticket Group Qty’ report template is throwing below error.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Open BI Publisher application and login.
2. Navigate to ItemTicketGroupQty report and click to open it.
3. System throws above mentioned error.  If user look at error properly, system is referring to ItemTicket.rtf instead of ItemTicketGroupQty.rtf.
