Open PO Report In RMS Not Showing Data (Doc ID 2272751.1)

Symptoms

'Open PO' report is not displaying any data.

Steps to Recreate:
1. Navigated to Action --> View report.
2. Select module - Orders , report - Open PO Report. It opens the report with empty values for start and end dates.
3. Provide start and end date.
4. Run the report and notice that no data is displayed.
