Disable OK Button doesn't work properly

Errors can disable the ok button or not depending of the way it is configured on the VerificationScreen.
If all of the errors generated disable the Ok Button, then the OK Button is disable correctly.
Moreover, if the error that disable the OK Button is overridable, then the OK button change to enable. The problem happens when there is a mixed of both situations.
For example, suppose I have V035 hard edit that enable the OK Button and a M051 soft edit that disable the OK Button.
taken individually, both errors behave correctly, but when they appears together, the behavior is not as expected.
Taken together, V035 and M051 disable the ok button as expected, but if the M051 is overridden, it shoud enable the OK Button, and this is not happening.

Overriding error should enable OK button

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add an initial premium activity on a FGGI contract.
2. Leave the activity unprocess (to trigger the V035 error at Issue).
3. Make sure that the premium is below 25000$ (to trigger the M051 error at Issue).
4. Add an Issue transaction and
5. Click the verify button.
6. Both errors should appears on the Verification screen.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot over ride appropriate errors..
