O2A: Order Does Not Complete on Cancel

During order cancellation order gets stuck at SomProvisionOrderSITask undo and never completes.


As per below exception issue seems to come from task oraclecomms_osm_o2a_som_provisioning.SomProvisionOrderSIResponseUndoBean and the corresponding xquery:
