Symptoms
In Store Inventory Management(SIM), the following error occurs when running PurgeItem.sh batch.
ERROR-249 User: [BATCH_CLIENT] Time: 5/17/15 11:47 PM Type: SimServerException Message: Error querying stored procedure. Root Cause: Error querying stored procedure.
oracle.retail.sim.common.core.SimServerException: Error querying stored procedure.

In the PURGE_ERROR_LOG table, ORA-02292: integrity constraint (XXX.STOCK_COUNT_LINE_ITEM_FK) is reported.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set both parent item and its child item to 'Delete' status.
2. Run the PurgeItem.sh batch in SIM.
Observe that the batch fails.
