Unable To Access OPA Hub From OPM Tool (Doc ID 2272868.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Oracle Policy Automation

we are using OPM tool to deploy snapshot and we passed the url for OPA hub and in return we are getting "Hub was not found" error.

ERROR

Hub was not found

Suggestions:

- Check the Policy Automation Hub URL
- Check your network connection
- Contact the Hub Administrator

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using OPM try to connect to OPA-hub
2. Get error above

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot opa hub to deploy a snapshot.
