Goal
SRQ ID reset details in ASAP system.
In the ASAP system the SRQ ID is reset to zero when the integer limit of the SRQ ID parameter is reached.
The Customer is looking for answers to the following questions:
Q1. Where is the SRQ ID value being generated when an work order comes into the ASAP system ?
Q2. Which function/procedure is invoked to generate the SRQ ID ?
Q3. Which min value or max value is referred to for the SRQ ID creation ?
Q4. Where does the reset value for the SRQ ID get defined in the ASAP system and which SRQ ID gets reset to when the max limit is reached ?
Q5. Is there any pattern or value; when the SARM generates the SRQ ID for each order?
Q6. Can we manually configure this value(point 1), so that SRQ IDs are generated starting with particular value?
Q7. Once the value is updated, does it require only SARM restart or ASAP restart?
Q8. Are there any issues in forcing the SRQ ID to be generated from a specific value?
