Contacts Server: Migrated Email Address And Mobile Numbers Not Displayed In OC (Doc ID 2273149.1)

Symptoms

Using:  Contacts Server 8.0.0.2.0

Performed a migration from PAB to CardDav with "davadmin migration migrate..." command.
Since the migration, the email addresses for the contacts, which were created before the migration, are not displayed through the outlook connector, but appear fine through Convergence.  Also, for certain users, the same issue occurs for the mobile number.

Due to this issue, users cannot can't see the email addresses for all of their contacts through with the Outlook Connector.
