Printing a Report In Contract Management Hangs With a Spinning Icon (Doc ID 2273297.1)

When attempting to print a report through Contract Management, the report hangs with a Spinning Icon.  The issue appears Intermittently, with a greater chance of occurring the longer Contract Management is running.  Running the same report in BI Publisher works, and the report ran correctly earlier from within Contract Management.  The report will continue to hang for all users every time after the initial failure until Contract Management is restarted, at which time the report will begin working again until the next occurrence.  The following error appears in the log file:

java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 0, Size: 0


Contract Management was installed on a new server using Weblogic 12.2
