JavaClient May Cause stripping of Users From a UserGroup

It should not strip

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Adding new users to our basic UserGroup that carries all basicroles/privileges
2. Use Web Client.
3. Open UserGroup
4. Select User TAB and wait for Users to be populated
5. Copy string of userids separated by semicolons.
6. Click Add button
7. Paste list and hit return.
8. Agile became extremely unresponsive and browser was stuck
9. Opened JavaClient in Admin mode.
10. Selected UserGroups
11. Selected UserGroup in question and waited for population
12. Clicked Add button and waited for dialog
13. Dialog appeared with no values in right hand column
14. Pasted userid list clicked return.
15. Only users in group are those just added.
16. Had to close Web Client as it appeared hung.
