CCB Dashboard error
After login as SYSUSER, the following error is shown on the right top corner of the dashboard "The server has encountered a problem. Please contact your system administrator."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login with SYSUSER
2. Dashboard is empty with system error.
