CCB Dashboard Error (Doc ID 2273473.1)

On : CCB version,

CCB Dashboard error

After i login as SYSUSER i get the error as on the right top corner of the dashboard "The server has encountered a problem. Please contact your system administrator."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login with SYSUSER
2. Dashboard is empty with system error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Impact is critical as the error appears in the dashboard on login
