Customer Order Reserved Quantity Is Not Cleared in SIM After the Order Has Been Completed (Doc ID 2273647.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM), customer order's reserved quantity (i.e. QUANTITY_CUSTOMER_RESERVE) is not cleared in SIM STORE_ITEM_STOCK table after the order has been completed if the actual order received quantity is less than the initial order quantity.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Load the following SIMT file to SIM by running the PosTransactionImport.sh Batch.
The initial order quantity for item '103750031' is '121' .

Note that the QUANTITY_CUSTOMER_RESERVE in the STORE_ITEM_STOCK table was updated incorrectly for ITEM_ID '103750031' to '3.3' .
