RMS Stock Count Process Ignores Non Sellable Items In Brazil Localized Environment (Doc ID 2273776.1)

Last updated on JUNE 12, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Merchandising System - Version 14.1.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In a Brazil localized environment, RMS stock count processing [stockcountprocess.ksh] batch does not insert data in GTAX_ITEM_ROLLUP table for any non ranged non sellable items similar to ITEM_LOC table.
This  causes STKVAR (Update Stock On Hand Based on Stock Count Results) batch to ignore such records.
