Sum of Activity Percentages Incorrect in Schedule Sheet (Doc ID 2273959.1)

The sum of the Activity Percentages cannot be literally summed up as they are percentage values. I tried different configurations but all of them render the wrong output.

Actual expected Result (CORRECT) is: (Sum of Progress Amount)/(Sum of Total Costs) X 100

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open shell
2. Open the issued Schedule Sheet
3. Noticed the WBS named ACT1, it has 2 activities (A1,A2).

For `Activity Percentage¿ column, under Data Format section `Show as Percentage is selected.
Consider 44% of A1 is complete and corresponding Progress Amount is calculated.
Consider 100% of A2 is complete and corresponding ProgressAmount is calculated.

4. Test the Summary of the Activity Percent for Design calculation
Case 1: Under Summary Section, `Total¿ is selected, then the resulting value
is 144%
Case 2: Under Summary Section, `Weighted Average based on Progress Amount¿ is selected, then the result is 79%

5. but actual expected Result (CORRECT) is:

(Sum of Progress Amount)/(Sum of Total Costs) X 100
= (9,520,000)/(14,000,000) X100
= 68%
6. Issue received.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the correct calculation number for Activity Percent.
