Allocated ATP For ATO Model Components Not Working (Doc ID 2274100.1)

Symptoms

In a VCP 12.2.x
Allocated ATP not working for our ATO Model components

Enabling Allocated ATP within GOP for the first time. ATP based on Planning Output is working fine.

However after the required setups for Allocated ATP, the system does not seem to be working based on allocation rules setup.

While trying to use the "View Allocation" for an Organization, the "Recalculate Allocation Data" program errors out with the message - "Plan not found for requested item or one of its components".
The Item they are querying is available in the ATP plan (ATP based on Planning output is working for the same item).
