An Alert Is Received When the User Is Trying to Access Any of the SIM Mobile Functionalities (Doc ID 2274257.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) Mobile application, the following alert is received when the user try to access any of the SIM Mobile functionalities;

Steps to Recreate:

1. Create a new user from SIM Desktop application.
2. Login to the SIM Mobile application using the new user.
3. Try to access any of the SIM Mobile functionalities (ex: Item Lookup).
Note that the above mentioned Alert is received.
