Symptoms

On : 2.5.0.2.0 version, Inbound Web Services - IWS

Realtime outbound is not working for TIBCO Queue

Realtime outbound using outbound message/external system is working fine for Weblogic queue. However , when TIBCO queue is used, an error is encountered while initiating outbound messages.
