Est Customers Out in WorkAgenda Summary Double Counts Customers (Doc ID 2274618.1)

Symptoms

The Est Customers Out summary box in WorkAgenda double counts customers.

It is expected that the Est Customers Out in the summary should be a sum of the individual number out counts.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create an outage that is non grouping
2. Create another outage involving multiple customers including the customer from the first event
2. Select the All filter on workAgenda
3. Add up the counts from the #Out fields and compare this count with the Est Customers Out
