Message from ODM which is not showing a valid XSD dateTime format

Goal
Within the ODM-MDM integration environment, there is a message from ODM, the dateTime values for these messages is not a valid xsd dateTime format.
Expecting an xsd format like 2015-13-15T20:23:54.000Z or 2017-04-12T00:00:00.000-07:00, however, receiving a value like this: 2017-04-12-13.30.02
