Unable to See Values for Pull-Down Menus When Doing Bulk Edit, Menu Is Blank/Empty (Doc ID 2274646.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Any Version

Expected Result: After adding adding Data Elements utilizing a Data Definition of type String Pull-Down that contains Active rows in the Data Set to a Shell Attribute Form (Details), and/or Business Process form, the values should be able to be selected at runtime when doing a Bulk Edit.

Actual Result: The values are not showing in the drop-down when doing the Bulk Edit. However, if the user picks some random space the item is updated with a value, and when editing the shell directly (Details button) there are values that show that the user can pick from.
