Symptoms

When attempting to Start the Instantis Service after the upgrade to version 17.1, the following message occurs.

Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: ignoring option MaxPermSize=128m; support was removed in 8.0

STEPS to clarify the issue:

1. Follow the upgrade instruction in the Administration Guide, and Tested Configuration
2. The upgrade requires JDK upgrade to version java version "1.8.0_131"
3. When upgrade steps are all complete, restart the service
Message appears in console
