Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
One Agile user is unable to login using SSO, but able to login with out SSO

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
All users should be able to login using SSO

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable SSO
2. Log in to Agile WebClient using SSO getting the following error message
