Common Shift Weekly Template Record Information section icon fails to show on initial page load
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(1) Navigate to an existing Common Shift Weekly Template
(2) On initial load, the icon for Record Information always fails to load
(3) Clicking the icon to expand the section adds the alternative icon
(4) Clicking the icon again to collapse the zone causes the icon that should have been displayed on initial load of the page.
