Appointments Booked In MWM From CC&B Time Windows Are Off By -8 Hours (Doc ID 2274984.1)

Booking an Appointment from CC&B results in the MWM Activity Time window being updated -8 hours from the selected time.

For example, when an Appointment was booked in CC&B on a Field Activity ID.  The Activity Time window in MWM is incorrectly updated to 12am-4am, instead of 8am-12pm.  It is -8 hours from the actual time that it should be.
