Severe System Error Is Received When the User Tries to Save an Empty Note

In Store Inventory Management (SIM), when the user tries to save an empty note from the Transfer Shipment Detail or the Transfer Receiving Detail screens, a Severe System Error message is received. The following is the details of the error message;
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In SIM, go to Main Menu -> Shipping/Receiving -> Transfer Shipment -> open any transfer.
2. Highlight one container in the list, click Notes button. Enter a note and press Save.
3. Click Notes button again and highlight the note created in steps 2.
4. Without entering any new note, click Save.
The Severe System Error Message is received.
