Symptoms

On : Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB) 2.5.0.2.0 version, ENV - Environment

Clock icon is not disappearing even the result was fetched correctly.

The "Search contract" functionality is specific to the client needs.
Each Account is linked through an Account Characteristic to a Contract ID. Our search contract Zone queries the database to retrieve the Account ID linked to the searched Contract ID.
Customer replicated the issue by adding the standard zone "C1-ACCOUNTQ2" to the "CI_DASHBOARD" portal.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Clock icon is not disappearing even the result was fetched correctly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Clock icon disappears after search result is fetched.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Add the standard zone "C1-ACCOUNTQ2" to the "CI_DASHBOARD" portal.
2.  After adding this zone to the portal, run these tests :
- Searching for an existing PersonID => The details of the PersonID are fetched properly, however the clock icon stays displayed.
- Searching for an non existing PersonID => No details retrieved (normal behavior) however the clock icon stays displayed.

In both cases, the zone in the dashboard is frozen and the only way to reinitialize it, is to completely refresh the page.

This has been replicated in Internet Explorer 11, in French and English language, with the same User account, in the same conditions.
