Invoice Report Dashboard Does Not Shows The TAXDIS Invoices

On : 16.0 version Invoice Report Dashboard does not show invoices in "TAXDIS" status.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a invoice and make sure that the due date is the same as the vdate.
2. When creating the invoice force the TAXDIS status.
3. Go to the Invoice Report Dashboard and refresh it.
4. The invoice is not showed in the dashboard.
