ALM Process Fails on FSI_CURRENCIES_V with 'Assertion failed: Row <= DownRow, file MCRGen/interpol.cpp' (Doc ID 2275513.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Asset Liability Management (ALM) 8.0.2, when you run an ALM Process, the process fails.  In the ofsrm.xxxxx.log in $FIC_DB_HOME/log/FusionApps, the last SQL statement in the file is the following:

Module Logging OFS Access module data: select
select FSI_CURRENCIES_V.iso_currency_cd,
FSI_CURRENCIES_V.reporting_flg, nvl(reference_irc, - 1) as
ref_irc, FSI_CURRENCIES_V.currency_name
from FSI_CURRENCIES_V
where FSI_CURRENCIES_V.currency_status_cd = 1.00000


The following error exists in the nohup.out or similar file in $FIC_DB_HOME/bin:

As a result, the ALM process fails.
