OCOMC Service Code Map Handler is not Working Correctly

OCOMC service code map handler is not working as expected where it is supposed to consider the '.*' correctly for all the values in the table.

Usage class didn’t match so it didn’t return any row.
Service Code Map(SCM) call should have returned INT_SERVICCODE as “GSMVA” instead of “VPN”
