After receiving the 200 OK for a Provisional Acknowledge (PRACK) message and also for the initial INVITE, a new PRACK is sent by the User Agent client (UAC).
The expected behavior was that after receiving the 200 OK message for a PRACK and also for the initial INVITE message, Acknowledge (ACK) message should have been sent by the UAC.
