A performance issue is noticed on RMS batch script ld_iindfiles.ksh which is running for a longer times and never finishes.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Follow the steps as described in RMS 16.0 Installation Guide in the section "Manual Steps for Running script ld_iindfiles.ksh".
2. Query S9T_FOLDER table , it will show that template_config.ods and ODS_SYSTEM_TEMPLATE_FOR_OUTPUT_FILES.ods are loaded.
3. Note the RMS batch script ld_iindfiles.ksh is not finishing and has to kill the job.
