Authorization Stuck in “In Process”

On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, Processing
Developers are having an issue with processing authorizations. When processing, the authorizations remain "In Process" and do not progress. Developers have tried disabling all validations, but the issue still persists. This started after 16:00 on Thursday.
