ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Oracle Process Manufacturing has been configured to support the ASCP feature “Minimum and Maximum Time Offsets between Operations within the same routing.
In OPM, Maximum Time Offset is zero but in PS, Max Separation is null instead of a zero


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Max Separation in PS should be zero based on OPM.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure Oracle Process Manufacturing has been configured to support the ASCP feature “Minimum and Maximum Time Offsets between Operations within the same routing.
2. Collect the data from OPM to the VCP Server.
3. Confirm that "Maximum Time Offsets between Operations within the same routing" is present in the collected data.
4. Configure and launch an ASCP Plan.
5. Configure and launch a PS Schedule that references the above ASCP Plan.
6. Open the PS model and navigate to the Work Order Editor, select a work order and display the "Precedence Constraints" tab. Note that the Max Separation field is null.
