Oracle Retail Point-of-Service (ORPOS) and Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) are integrated through the SIM Web Services in order to lookup and update the Stock inventory in SIM. After a bounce of the SIM server the communication started to fail returning "HTTP error code 500" for all the requests (stock inventory updates and lookup).
The SIM Web Service respond to the ORPOS Web Service request with "Unknown exception, internal system processing error".
